THE CONSULTING PRACTICE
Nexora is the public site for Anachronistic Incipiency Consulting. The focus is bounded AI, software and data-platform work for engineering leaders and product teams who want to understand, review and own the result.
Discovery starts with the existing workflow, non-sensitive examples, system constraints and a named owner. Agree which decision or measurable behavior the engagement should improve, including when a non-AI solution is the better fit.
The proposed scope identifies deliverables and acceptance criteria: a specification, implementation or evaluation artifacts as appropriate, test evidence and known limitations. A prototype is not evidence of production readiness.
Handover should include repository changes, runbooks, outstanding risks and the responsibilities of the team taking over.
Access to data, external actions and production changes need explicit approval. No unrestricted agent autonomy or compliance certification is promised. Continuing operations, response commitments and follow-on support require a separate agreement.
Next steps are discovery, a fit assessment and a written scope, not an automatic deployment.
